Item has been used once and held twice in workshop conditions the spanner’s to change bits are not included due them been removed to be used on another tool full parts list and specs available in photos. Some slight wear to black paint work on collet chuck end due to moving in box. Box is a bit worn as it’s been in my tool box for years.
