MINI VCI for TIS Techstream supports TIS NEW diagnostic software and all required diagnostic communication protocols since 1996. First step, install the Techstream software Setup V18. Note： there is step by step software installation guide on CD, IF you install the software on PC running Windows 10, first got to exit windows security system or firewall before installation ,which probably would delete the software files.
