Roof clamps designed to secure ladders to roof bars. Width of clamping bars is 465mm Hook over roof bar is 370mm long above the roof bar, approximately providing 350mm of height (I’d suggest you could clamp two sets of double ladders). Not used much, galvanised finish is good and no rust anywhere. As photo, original Wickes sticker still intact.
