In good working order, removed from 986 seats in the process of converting mine to electric. Full switch loom included, for use with heated seats. A few cosmetic marks (as per photos), but as above, in perfect working order. Removed from seats with no up/down adjustment, but you can just remove the "blank" and fit a handle if you wish.
