Just unscrew your old axle breathers and screw in the swivel connectors. so they can be easily positioned after screwing them into the axle tube. Push the end of the tube into the swivel fitting (the pipe locks into the fitting just by pushing in, but can be released by holding the locking ring against the fitting and pulling the pipe).
