Reconditioned Smiths speedometer from a Jaguar Mk 1 240, 1955 to chassis number 907147, with overdrive and 4.55:1 ratio diff according to my Smiths catalogue but please double check exact fitment as there were 'loads' of different versions fitted to old Jaguars! Additionally, some other versions had a different depth of bezel and length of the 3 fixing lugs on the casing. The Speedo has been 'fully' stripped, all mechanical parts have been ultrasonically cleaned/inspected and any worn/damaged parts replaced where necessary. The casing etc have been blasted/painted and the glass and seals have been replaced.
