Bought genuine direct from Isuzu Less than a year ago, used it a couple of times but it has barely had any use, there are no tears or damage to the cover as pictured, it's in near new condition. Comes with the support bars for the rest of the bed. Came off my 2017 facelift single cab dmax but I think it fits anything from 2012 to 2021. Message me if you aren't sure.
