Inspire H2O Airbrush Transparent Base is colourless binder base and can be used a a protective inter-coat or mix with colours that are over-reduced to thicken colour mix without losing transparency. Inspire H2O Transparent Base may be added in any amount to Inspire H2O colours and does not affect the shelf-life after mixing.
