Headliner. This is a TMI headliner to fit 1200 basic models from August 1971 onwards and finished in off white vinyl. The basic model was only available in Europe. This was the most basic and cheapest Beetle available in the early seventies. The headliner was simplified and there is only a small centre piece covering the top part of the roof. As you can see it does have a small mark which looks like it would come off. Brand new just sat in the box.
