Differential Locked Billet for Classic Mini. It is a "billet" type, meaning it can be dismantled and replacement or alternative type output shafts can be fitted. The output shafts are made from standard ones and thus any type can be used. They are simply made by grinding a 'flat' each side to form a 'T' shape. The ground section fits in a slot in the diff assembly. This diff is a 3.65 ratio and a spare rubber coupling type outlet is included, plus 2 pot joint outputs ready to be modified, if required.
