It is for a 52mm gauge light shield / hood in black. These very nice gauge shields are suitable for any 52mm gauge and literally just slide over the gauge body, so very simple to fit. These are fitted to help stop bright sunlight reflecting on the gauge lens and causing & visual obstruction or the gauge reflecting onto the windscreen.
