In good working order, has some corrosion on one of the terminal clips but this will not affect the performance of the charger. It doesn,t have the permanent battery cable, but these can be purchased seperately. I'm not sure on the specs of this charger as it has been in storage for a while and doesn't appear to be on sale any more, but it looks like the previous version of the battery tender 800. I have used it on agm and lead acid batteries in the past
