Manufacturer: Schaeffler LuK. Most vehicle manufacturers now use dual mass flywheels to help reduce engine vibration and eliminate the transmission of that vibration to the drive train. Because of the moving parts in a Dual Mass Flywheel they are much more likely to fail than a Solid Flywheel.
